Volunteer Run Form

    • Released members will receive incentive pay rates as follows:
      • a. Driver: $30.00 per call
      • b. AIC: $30.00 per call
      • c. 3rd Provider: $15.00 per call
      • d. Reporting for a shift: $15.00
        • i. Shift defined as a minimum of 6 hours to a maximum of 24 hours or a scheduled special event on the website duty schedule
        • ii. Non-front run truck check-off required each shift, to be placed in the labeled mailbox or submitted through Operative IQ.
        • iii. $50.00 bonus available to members who fill a career staff vacancy for a minimum of 12 hours
